About my work in customer success
Customer Success is one of the few careers where you get paid to help people—and I’ve always found that incredibly rewarding.
I came into CS from an analytics background, which shaped how I think about the work: data-driven, outcome-focused, and grounded in what actually moves the needle. But what kept me here is the human side—working with people, understanding what success looks like for them, and helping them get there.
I was an early member of the Customer Success team at Posit, where I helped scale the company through a period of 3× growth. I later led Customer Success for a climate tech startup, building the function from scratch and launching the business in the U.S. market. Since then, I’ve worked as a fractional advisor to multiple startups, helping teams design customer success strategies and operating systems from the ground up.
This site is where I share the frameworks, lessons, and ways of thinking I’ve picked up along the way—so others can build customer success that’s intentional, practical, and genuinely helpful.
